There will be nothing meaningful in this first post.
There is always this expectation of some beginning of something wonderful upon beginning a new blog. Like a nice fresh notebook (one of many that you bring home from the Walmart's Back To School supplies sale) that you want to fill with all kinds of wonderful things. But it doesn't end up working out that way. Life gets in the way, & you don't have the time for journaling. The notebooks get stashed away in some box for the day when you need extra paper for something.
To my credit, I keep trying. I'll come up with something, eventually.
And I'll keep buying paper products, by the way. I'm really weird about that & it seems to run in my family.
There will probably be many times when I rage against the world & then the next post will be something totally benign. Bear with me, for I am an older woman who is losing her faith in humanity, but seeing the beauty of the world as well.
It's a tough spot to be in, sometimes. And lonely.
So, welcome to my world.
